Abstract

Zaposlenici predstavljaju iznimno značajan i važan resurs poduzeća u kojem svakodnevno
rade. Svojim vještinama i znanjima pridonose ostvarenju ciljeva, misije i vizije poduzeća.
Stoga je uloga menadžmenta također i pravilno upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima kroz
motiviranje, nagrađivanje te komunikaciju. Krizno komuniciranje započinje internom
komunikacijom i obuhvaća jasno, iskreno i pravovremeno informiranje zaposlenika o nastaloj
situaciji, na svim hijerarhijskim razinama sa mogućim ishodima, zadacima i odlukama koje se
donose u procesu prevladavanja krizne situacije.

Abstract (english)

Employees represents extremely significant and important resource for company in wich they
daily work. With their skills and knowledge they contibute to realization of company goals,
mission and vision. Therefore is the role of management also right managing with human
resources through motivation, rewards and communication. Crisis communication starts with
internal communication and includes clear, sincerely and timely informing employees about
current situation at all hierarchical levels with possible outcomes, tasks and decisions made in
the process of overcoming the crisis situation.
