Abstract

Kina je drugo po veličini svjetsko gospodarstvo i stoga znatno utječe na svjetska robna i gospodarska kretanja, a kao veliki uvoznik sirovina bitno utječe i na razinu globalnih cijena. Kina ima veliki udio u globalnoj trgovini prirodnim resursima poput željezne rude, aluminijske rude, rude bakra i ugljena. Širenje gospodarstva i rast potrošnje kućanstava doveli su do naglog porasta potražnje za potrošnjom primarne energije u Kini, koja od devedesetih godina nije mogla zadovoljiti potrebe domaće proizvodnje. Buduća potražnja i ponuda kineske robe bit će pod snažnim utjecajem trajektorije kineske ekonomske politike, posebice mjera za prijelaz prema održivom rastu s većim fokusom na domaću potrošnju, a ne na izvoz i ulaganja, kao na rast bruto domaćeg proizvoda (BDP).

Abstract (english)

China is the second-largest global economy and therefore has a significant impact on world commodity and economic developments, and as a major importer of raw materials, it has a significant impact on the level of global prices. China has a large share in global trade with natural resources such as iron ore, aluminum ore, copper ore and coal. Growth in the economy and household consumption growth have led to a sharp increase in demand for primary energy consumption in China, which since the 1990s could not meet the needs of domestic production. The future demand and supply of Chinese goods will be strongly influenced by China's economic policy trajectories, in particular the move towards sustainable growth, with a focus on domestic consumption, rather than exports and investments, such as GDP growth.
