Abstract
Tema ovog rada je kulturološka komparacija poduzeća iz uslužnog sektora Republike Hrvatske i Španjolske. Pošto se radi o kulturološkoj komparaciji, promatraju se dvije vrste kulture – organizacijska i nacionalna. Radi se usporedba između RH i Španjolske te se proučava utjecaj nacionalne na organizacijsku kulturu.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is the cultural comparison of companies in the service sector of Croatia and Spain. Since it is a cultural comparison, two types of culture are considered - organizational and national. A comparison is made between Croatia and Spain and the impact of national culture on organizational culture is examined as well.
