Abstract
Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je istražiti i analizirati povezanost crta ličnosti i poduzetničke namjere žena. Težilo se ispitati, postoji li utjecaj crta ličnosti na poduzetničku namjeru, osobito utjecaj velikih pet crta ličnosti. Dodatno se istražilo koje crte ličnosti pozitivno djeluju i dominiraju u razvoju poduzetničke namjere, temeljem prilagođenih instrumenata istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
The main goal of this paper was to explore and analyze the connection between the personality traits and the entrepreneurial intentions of women. It was necessary to examine whether there is any influence of personality traits and entrepreneurial intentions, especially the influence of the big five personality traits. It was further investigated which personality traits affect positively and dominate in the development of entrepreneurial intention, based on custom research instrument
