Abstract

Obzirom na specifičnost i usmjerenost poslovanja, neprofitni sektor je mnogo manje istraživan nego profitni sektor. Kontroling je funkcija koja se najprije počela uvoditi u profitne organizacije, dok kao funkcija u neprofitnim organizacijama ima kratku povijest. Zbog sve većih promjena na tržištu, kontroling postaje neophodna funkcija koja pomaže pri vođenju organizacije. Svrha rada je prikazati koliko neprofitnih organizacija na području Republike Hrvatske ima uveden kontroling kao funkciju u svoje poslovanje, te na koji način on djeluje u neprofitnom sektoru. To je i ostvareno anketnim istraživanjem čiji rezultati pokazuju da većina neprofitnih organizacija nema kontroling, te da velik broj smatra da i ne postoji potreba za uvođenjem istoga.

Abstract (english)

The non-profit sector is much less researched than the profit sector, given the specifity and focus of the business. Controlling is a function that first began to be introduced in profit organizations, while as a function in non-profit organizations it has a short history. Controlling is becoming a necessary function to help guide the organization cause of changing market. The purpose of this paper is to show how many non-profit organizations in the territory of the Republic of Croatia have introduced controlling as a function in their business and how it operates in the non-profit sector. This was also achieved through a survey of the results shows that most non-profit organizations has not controlling and that a large number believe that there is no need to introduce the same.
