Abstract

Poslovna kriza predstavlja iznimno specifičan, neočekivan kao i izvanredan događaj ili pak niz istih koji sukladno tome uzrokuju visoku razinu nesigurnosti te prijetnje. Kriza, stoga uzrokuje realnu, zamišljenu ili pak određenu potencijalnu ugroženost za organizaciju. Svako poduzeće može se naći pod krizom. Dobar krizni menadžment mora imati odgovor na pitanje što i kako učiniti. Prvi, kao i najvažniji zadatak kriznog menadžmenta je prepoznati signale i simptome krize čim se ista pojavi, kao i aktivno reagirati. Uloga vodstva je iznimno bitna u suočavanju s kriznim situacijama. Vodstvo mora odrediti funkcije ili procese čiji je temeljni cilj identificirati te predvidjeti moguće krizne situacije kao i uspostaviti sve načine na koje će organizacija pokušati prepoznati i spriječiti krizu, i s njom se suočiti. Osnova uloge vodstva je krizno planiranje. Upravo se putem učinkovitog upravljanja u kriznim situacijama, nizom akcija kriza prevladava, a glavni cilj je spriječiti svaku izvanrednu situaciju, da se naposljetku korporacija uspješno nosi s istom kako bi se zaustavilo krajnje prerastanje u krizu. Temeljni cilj rada je analizirati ulogu vodstva unutar krize u poduzeću, odnosno proučiti na koji način vodstvo mora reagirati te spriječiti negativne posljedice za samo poduzeće.

Abstract (english)

A business crisis is extremely specific, unexpected, as well as a remarkable event or a series of events that, in consequence, cause a high level of insecurity of that threat. The crisis, therefore, causes real, imagined or certain potential threat to the organization. Every company can be found under a crisis. Good crisis management needs to answer the question of what to do and how to do it. The first, as well as the most important task of crisis management, is to recognize the signals and symptoms of a crisis as soon as it occurs, as well as actively react. The role of leadership is extremely important in dealing with crisis situations. Leadership must identify functions or processes whose basic goal is to identify and anticipate possible crisis situations, as well as establish ways in which the organization will try to identify and prevent the crisis and face it. The guiding role of the leadership is crisis planning. By effectively managing crisis situations, a series of crisis action prevails, and the main goal is to prevent any extraordinary situation, so that the corporation successfully carries it with it to stop the end of the crisis. The basic aim of the paper is to analyze the leadership role within the enterprise crisis, ie to study how leadership has to react and to prevent negative consequences for the company alone.
