Abstract

Poslovni rezultat svake organizacije ovisi o menadžerima koji njome upravljaju. Prije svega, organizacije su utemeljene na ljudskim resursima. Današnji suvremeni svijet pridaje veliki značaj upravljanju ljudskim resursima, situacijom i okolinom te ulozi u kojoj je menadžer ujedno i vođa. Svakom pojedincu koji vodi organizaciju važan je i sustav vrijednosti, osobnost, karakter i ponašanje. Vođa koji zaista želi biti unutar okvira religioznosti cilj traži u unutarnjem i vanjskom miru te zajedništvu s transcedentnim bićem. Ustrajnost i volja ključ su uspjeha. Cilj ovoga diplomskog rada bio je teorijski i empirijski istražiti vezu između stila vođenja i religioznosti te utvrditi kakav je taj odnos. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da je kod ljudi zrele dobi prisutna najviša razina religioznosti te je izraženija i briga za podređene, društvo i okolinu. Stil vodstva na svim je hijerarhijskim razinama autokratski. Pokazalo se i da žene imaju višu razinu religioznosti od muškaraca, a ispitanici koji se pri vođenju više brinu o ljudima iskazuju višu razinu religioznosti po pojedinim dimenzijama i ukupno.

Abstract (english)

The business result of each organization depends on the managers who manage it. First of all, organizations are based on human resources. Today's modern world attaches great importance to the management of human resources, the situation and the environment, and understanding manager as a leader. The value system, personality, character and behavior are also important to every individual who leads the organization. A leader who really wants to be within the bounds of religiosity seeks the goal in inner and outer peace and in communion with a transcendent being. Perseverance and will are the key to success. The aim of this thesis was to theoretically and empirically investigate the relationship between leadership style and religiosity and to determine the nature of that relationship. The results showed that the highest level of religiosity is present among mature people, as well that they express the higher care for subordinates, the society and the environment. The leadership style at all hierarchical levels is autocratic. According to the results, women have a higher level of religiosity than men, and respondents who take more care for people report higher levels on all dimensions and overall religiosity.
