Abstract

Cilj ovog završnog specijalističkog rada je prikupiti informacije o informacijskim sustavima za upravljanje poslovanjem (ERP), te istražiti i prikazati odnos između implementacije ERP-a i poslovnih procesa organizacije, a kako bi se utvrdile dobre i manje poželjne prakse upravljanja.
U današnjem poslovnom okruženju integrirani informacijski sustavi su izuzetno bitni kako bi se procesi kontrolirali, optimizirali, kontinuirano pratili , te kako bi informacije o poslovanju bile dostupne za donošenje odluka i analize. ERP sustavi koji su implementirani u svakoj organizaciji predstavljaju podatkovnu sliku procesa iz realnog svijeta, te predstavljaju okvir za praćenje i poboljšanje procesa poduzeća, te potpore za donošenje odluka. U ovom radu usmjerenje je na utjecaj i koristi integriranih informacijski sustava (ERP-a) na poslovne procese u poduzećima.
Očekivani doprinos ovog rada je pokazati kako je implementacijom ERP-a moguće stvoriti dugoročnu platformu kojom je moguće unaprijediti i optimizirati poslovne procese, omogućiti praćenje i dostupnost podataka za pravovremeno reagiranje na vanjske čimbenike, a sve kako bi se omogućilo ostvarivanje bolje konkurentske pozicije na tržištu.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this paper is to gather information on ERPs and to explore and illustrate the relationship between the implementation of ERP and business processes of the organization in order to determine good and less desirable management practices.
In today's business environment, ERP systems are extremely important for processes to be controlled, optimized, continuously monitored, and for business information to be made available for decision making and analysis.
ERP systems in each company represent a data image of the process from the real world, and represent a framework for monitoring and improving the enterprise process and decision support. This paper focuses on the impact and benefits of integrated information systems (ERPs) on business processes in enterprises.
The expected contribution of this paper is to demonstrate that by implementing ERP it is possible to create a long-term platform that can improve and optimize business processes, enable monitoring and availability of data for timely response to external factors, all in order to allow for a better competitive position on the market.
