Abstract
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je obnova željezničke mreže u Republici Hrvatskoj fondovima Europske unije. Osnovni ciljevi ovog specijalističkog poslijediplomskog rada su: • objasniti pojmovno određenje ključnih odrednica EU sufinanciranja • analizirati regulativu Europske unije i Republike Hrvatske • predstaviti zatečeno stanje i realizaciju projekata obnove željezničke infrastrukture • analizirati životni ciklus jednog infrastrukturnog projekta ukazati na sve identificirane i prepoznate mehanizme • u zaključnim razmatranjima dati mišljenje i prilike za poboljšanje postojećeg stanja.
Abstract (english)
The subject matter of this work is rehabilitation of railway network in the Republic of Croatia via European funds. The major goals of this work are: • to explain key terms connected to EU funding • to analyze European and Croatian relevant regulations • to present the current status of railway infrastructure and rehabilitation projects • to analyze the life cycle of a major infrastructure project and recognize all identified mechanism • in conclusion, to give opinions and recommendations for improvement.
