Abstract

Inditex Grupa kao primjer proizvođača i distributera tekstila pokazala se kao uspješan primjer kako poduzeća na tržištu monopolističke konkurencije trebaju stvarati i iskorištavati svoje konkurentske prednosti što vodi do ostvarivanja iznadprosječnih profita. Promjene preferencija i želja potrošača diktiraju tok kretanja industrije. Kako bi se poduzeće istaknulo u velikom broju ponuđača na tržištu monopolističke konkurencije, potrebno se diferencirati u svakom segmentu poslovanja. Prema mikroekonomskim teorijama profita, Inditex je pokazao kako poduzeće mora biti spremno prilagoditi se i pratiti promjene i izazove na postojećim i novim tržištima te preuzeti rizik koji dolazi s određenim odlukama u poslovanju. Poslovna strategija ključ je stvaranja dugoročne ravnoteže čime se pokazuje efikasnost i efektivnost poslovanja. Također, kreativnost i inovativnost potencijali su za daljnji rast i razvoj poduzeća što se ogleda u sposobnostima i znanju intelektualnog kapitala koji pod vodstvom pravog vrhovnog menadžmenta stvara dodatnu vrijednost poduzeća.
Stil upravljanja organizacijske strukture Inditex Grupe pokazao se kao optimalan izbor koji je omogućio efikasno upravljanje nadolazećih rizika kao i teškoća koje narušavaju stanje dugoročne ravnoteže te učinkovito upravljanje inovacijama i ulaganje u novu tehnologiju proizvodnih procesa. Vodeća tržišna pozicija i ostvarivanje industrijskog položaja Inditex Grupe iznad prosjeka industrije rezultat su poduzimanja dugoročnih projekata, sklopljenih partnerstava i klastera koji su pridonijeli kvalitetnijoj proizvodnji te praćenja tehnološkog razvoja u industriji. Atraktivnost Inditexovih proizvoda ogleda se u održivoj proizvodnji te ekološki prihvatljivom materijalu, što dodatno privlači potrošače. Također, posebno iskustvo koje pružaju fizičke trgovine i online usluge omogućile su pozitivan trend kretanja potražnje te ostvarivanje iznadprosječnih profita.

Abstract (english)

Inditex is an excellent example of manufacturer and distributer of textile who has shown how firms on market of monopolistic competiton should create and use its competitive advantages which leads to realization of above average profits. The changing preferences and wishes of consumers dictate the flow of the industry. Since the market of monopolistic competiton has a huge number of suppliers, each firm has to differentiate in every segment of its business. According to microeconomic theories of profits, Inditex Group has shown how companies need to adjust and follow changes and challenges on existing and new markets. Business strategy is the key of creating long-term equilibrium which shows the efficiency and effectiveness of business. Also, creativity and innovation are potentials for further growth and development which is reflected in abilities and knowledge of intellectual capital who under the guidance of the CEO creates added value to the business.
Management style of its organizational structure proved to be optimal choice which enabled effective management of upcoming risks, managing difficulties which have impact on long-term equilibrium, managing innovations and investment in new manufacturing process technology. Leading market position and achieving an industrial position of Inditex Group above the average of industry are results of undertaking long-term projects, creating partnerships and clusters and result of keeping track of technological prosperity in industry. Attractiveness of Inditex products is shown in sustainable production and eco-friendly materials which further attracts customers. Also, special experience provided through physical stores and online services enabled positive trend of demand movement and achievement of above average profit.
