Abstract

Organizacije koje posluju na tržištu moraju biti svjesne važnosti kvalitete, a danas ukoliko žele uspješno poslovati ona im mora biti imperativ. No, nije važna isključivo kvaliteta proizvoda već cjelokupnog procesa poslovanja. Glavna svrha i cilj ovog rada bila je prikazati kako je kvaliteta utjecala na oblikovanje organizacija kroz povijest, ali i danas te njihovu strukturu i način poslovanja. Na samim organizacijama je odabir koji sustav upravljanja kvalitetom će primjenjivati tijekom poslovanja i hoće li ga uopće primjenjivati.
Prilikom sastavljanja rada korištene su brojne znanstveno-istraživačke metode koje su primjenjivane nakon proučavanja raznih znanstvenih radova, stručne literature vezane uz područje rada, ali i šire. Zahvaljujući istima prikazana je važnost kvalitete, ali i globalizacije te njihov međusobni utjecaj. Zaključno, jasno je prikazano kako je veoma važna i razina same kvalitete, posebice u modnoj industriji koja je bila predmet istraživanja ovog diplomskog rada.

Abstract (english)

Organizations operating in the market must be aware of the importance of quality, and if they want to do business successfully today, it must be imperative. However, it is not only the quality of the product that is important, but also the quality of overall business process. The main purpose and goal of this paper was to show how quality has influenced the formation of organizations throughout history, but also today and their structure and way of doing business. It is up to the organizations themselves to choose which quality management system they will apply in their business and whether they will apply it at all.
While composing this paper, numerous scientific research methods were used, which were applied after studying various scientific papers, professional literature related to the field of work and beyond. Thanks to them, the importance of quality and globalization as well as their mutual influence is shown. In conclusion, it is clearly shown that the level of quality itself is very important, especially in the fashion industry, which was the subject of research in this thesis.
