Abstract
U prvom poglavlju opisuju se predmet i cilj rada te se navode izvori podataka korištenih u nastanku rada. Slijedi drugo poglavlje u kojem je obrađen teorijski dio o upravljačkim aktivnostima, zatim treće poglavlje o planiranju i postavljanju ciljeva u poslovanju. U četvrtom poglavlju opisuje se pojam kontrolnih aktivnosti te se obrađuju metode kontroliranja provedbe planova i analiza ostvarenih rezultata poslovanja. U petom poglavlju prikazuje se sva prethodno opisana teorija na primjeru proizvodnog poduzeća Alfa d.o.o. Rad završava zaključkom u kojem se sumiraju najvažnije spoznaje iznesene u radu. Nakon zaključka, na samom kraju rada nalazi se popis literature koja je korištena u nastanku ovog rada te popis priloga (slika i tablica) koje se nalaze u tekstu.
