Abstract

Uslužni sektor najrašireniji je u svijetu, a kino usluge predstavljaju najčešći način uživanja u novim filmovima u svijetu. Napretkom tehnologije mijenja se i način snimanja i prikazivanja filmova, a evoluiranjem ukusa korisnika mijenja se i samo pružanje usluge. Ovaj rad objašnjava na koji se način uvodi nova usluga u postojeći proces, kao se odvija proces pružanja usluge u kino industriji i kako modernizacija dovela do potrebe za luksuznom kino uslugom kao posljednjim hedonističkim iskustvom korisnika kino usluga. Rad također prikazuje istraživanje na primjeru iz prakse, te istraživanje zadovoljstva korisnika luksuznom kino uslugom u Hrvatskoj.

Abstract (english)

The service sector employs the largest amount of people and going to the cinema is most known way of seeing a new movie worldwide. As technology advances the way we make and show movies advances as well, but so does the service provided by movie theaters. This paper explains the way we introduce a new service, how service is provided in the movie theater industry and how modernization lead to the need for a luxury movie experience, as the ultimate form of movie going hedonism. The paper also has a real example of the luxury cinema service and a survey about satisfaction with the luxury cinema services in Croatia.
