Abstract

Problemi zdravstvenih sustava i zdravstvenih politika u zemljama članicama Europske unije postali su uočljiviji širenjem europske integracije na srednju i istočnu Europu. Do toga je došlo ne samo zbog raznolikosti zdravstvenih sustava novih članica već i zbog utjecaja samog članstva u EU. Posebno važno pitanje kada je riječ o posljedicama utjecaja članstva u EU-u na zdravstvo odnosi se na negativan trend odljeva liječnika, što je već zabilježeno na primjeru pojačanog odlaska liječnika iz zemalja srednje i istočne Europe u stare zemlje članice EU-a. Nemotiviranost, loši financijski uvjeti, nedostatak zdravstvene tehnologije dovodi do implikacija. Dvije velike krize u posljednjih stotinu godina pokazuju da problemi uvijek nastaju kad neobuzdana potražnja i potrošnja dođu u nesklad sa raspoloživim gospodarskim resursima i rastom gospodarstva. Cilj ovog autorov rada je analiza učinkovitosti zdravstvenog sustava.

Abstract (english)

The problems of health systems and health policies in the member states of the European Union have become more noticeable with the expansion of European integration to Central and Eastern Europe. This has happened not only because of the diversity of the health systems of the new members but also because of the impact of EU membership itself. A particularly important issue when it comes to the consequences of the impact of EU membership on health refers to the negative trend of outflow of doctors, which has already been noted in the example of increased departure of doctors from Central and Eastern European countries to old EU member states. Lack of motivation, poor financial conditions, lack of health technology lead to implications. Two major crises in the last hundred years show that problems always arise when unbridled demand and consumption come at odds with available economic resources and economic growth. The aim of this author's work is to analyze the efficiency of the health system.
