Abstract

Predmet ovog rada je definiranje dionica, odnosno kada i gdje se dionica prvi put pojavljuje, sto dionica omogucuje imatelju dionice, što su dividende te kako se i kolikoj mjeri trguje s dionicama. Objasnit cemo gdje se trguje dionicama, tko su osobe koje posluju s njima u tom kontekstu pojasniti tržište te pojmove kao što je “bikovsko” ,a što “medvjde” trziste, te prikazati povijest nase najpoznatije Zagrebacke burze. Objasnit cemo sto su to index fondovi, najpoznatije index fondove DAX, EURO STOXX 50, SMI 20, CAC 40, FTSE 100 i najpozntiji Hrvatski index fond CROBEX. Takoder prikazat ćemo kretenje na tržištima prije i za vrijeme pandemije COVID-a 19 u aktualnoj godini.
Te sama srz rada ce prikazati devijacije u poslovanju koje su nastale pocetkom pandemije te nagli pad cijena koji je po misljenju nekih doveo gotovo do sloma trzista. Zakljuckom ćemo se referirati na cijeli rad te pokusati donijeti predikciju sto ce se dogadati s dionickim tržištima u Europi te kolike stete su nastale u gospodarstvima u Europskim drzavama.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this paper is to define shares, ie when and where a share first appears, what shares a share allows the shareholder, what are dividends and how and to what extent shares are traded. We will explain where stocks are traded, who are the people who do business with them in this context, explain the market and terms such as "bull" and what "bear" market, and show the history of our most famous Zagreb Stock Exchange. We will explain what the index funds are, the most famous index funds are DAX, EURO STOXX 50, SMI 20, CAC 40, FTSE 100 and the most famous Croatian index fund CROBEX. We will also show market developments before and during the COVID 19 pandemic in the current year.
The very core of the work will show the deviations in business that occurred at the beginning of the pandemic and the sharp fall in prices, which in the opinion of some led to the collapse of the market. In conclusion, we will refer to the entire paper and try to predict what will happen to stock markets in Europe and how much damage has occurred in the economies of European countries.
