Abstract

Održivi gospodarski razvoj temelji se na stvaranju ekološki prihvatljivih radnih mjesta koja nastaju usred potrebe za stvaranjem zelenih proizvoda i usluga, te utječu na ponašanje gospodarskih subjekata, proizvođača i potrošača. Svrha ovog rada je naglasiti važnost zelenog gospodarstva koje stvara prilike za nova radna mjesta te utvrditi razliku između zelenih radnih mjesta i tradicionalnih radnih mjesta. Sami koncept „zelenih poslova“ temelji se na ekološki održivom ekonomskom razvoju. Taj koncept promiče stvaranje zelenih radnih mjesta te na taj način stvara pristojne mogućnosti za zapošljavanje i ostvarivanje prihoda sa smanjenim utjecajem na okoliš i povećanom sposobnošću da se nosimo sa izazovima klimatskih promjena i oskudnim resursima. Cilj rada je prikazati kako zeleni poslovi mogu pridonijeti ublažavanju klimatskih promjena i očuvanju okoliša, kako doprinose jačanju tržišta rada i postizanju ciljeva održivog razvoja te ostvarenju gospodarskih ciljeva.

Abstract (english)

Sustainable economic development is based on the creation of environmentally friendly jobs that arise in the midst of the need to create green products and services, and influence the behaviour of economic operators, producers and consumers. The purpose of this paper is to emphasize the importance of a green economy that creates opportunities for new jobs and to distinguish between green jobs and traditional jobs. The "green jobs" concept is based on environmentally sustainable economic development. This concept promotes the creation of green jobs around the world and thus creates decent employment and income opportunities with reduced environmental impact and increased ability to cope with the challenges of climate change and scarce resources. The aim of this paper is to show how green jobs can contribute to climate change mitigation and environmental protection, how they contribute to strengthening the labour market and achieving sustainable development goals, and to achieving economic goals.
