Abstract

Vođenje i vodstvo vrlo je važan segment poslovanja u poslovnoj organizaciji, kroz njih se odvija cijela organizacijska struktura poduzeća i oni su zaslužni za kvalitetan način poslovanja, dobar ljudski potencijal te pravodobno rješavanje svih zadataka u dobrom timskom radu i dobroj suradnji sa partnerima. Vođenje se iščitava kroz slaganje ljudi u timove te vođenje tima dok se vodstvo očituje kroz utjecaj na ljude kako bi se stvorila bolja atmosfera tj. bolja suradnja i kvalitetan timski rad. Cilj vođenja i vodstva je da utječu na ljude, da ih sklope u kvalitetne ,,ekipe“ koje će poletno, veselo i sa svim snagama što bolje odraditi svoj posao i na što bolji način ,,prezentirati“ poslovnu organizaciju. Situacije se mijenjaju, te određeni stil vođenja, koji se pokazao dostatan u prijašnjoj situaciji možda neće biti prigodan za novu, sljedeću situaciju. Idealni vođa bi znao prepoznati kako u kojoj situaciji pristupiti problemu, podređenima, te znao kako se postaviti i kako riješiti problem. Jer nisu svi problemi iste prirode, nije svaka situacija ista. Stoga je prihvaćanje treninga kao načina unapređenja menadžera neophodno.

Abstract (english)

Leadership and leading is a very important business segment in a business organization, through which the entire organizational structure of the company takes place and they are responsible for a good business, good human potential and timely resolution of all tasks in good teamwork and good cooperation with partners. Leadership is read through stacking people into teams and running the team as leadership unfolds through influencing people to create a better atmosphere, i.e. better co-operation and high-quality teamwork. The goal of leadership and leadership is to influence people, to get them into high quality "teams" that will be polite, cheerful, and with all the power to do their job better and to "present" a business organization in a better way. Situations change, and a certain style of leadership, which has proved enough in the previous situation, may not be suitable for a new, next situation. The ideal leader would know how to approach the problem, subordinates, and how to find and solve the problem. Because not all problems of the same nature, not every situation is the same. Therefore, accepting coaching as a way to improve management is necessary.
