Abstract

U posljednjih petnaestak godina digitalne tehnologije postale su sastavni dio poslovanja velikog broja sudionika na tržištu. Tehnologije koje su se u prošlosti smatrale dalekom budućnošću, poput računala na dlanu ili pametnih automobila, postale su normalne i koriste se na svakodnevnoj bazi. Dinamičnost, inovacija i adaptacija samo su neke od značajki digitalnih tehnologija. One se neprestano mijenjaju i prate potrebe korisnika, pokušavajući stvoriti pozitivno korisničko iskustvo, koje će se u konačnici njihovim vlasnicima isplatiti na najbolji mogući način - porastom broja korisnika i ostvarenjem željenih financijskih ciljeva. Digitalne tehnologije prisutne su u gotovo svim gospodarskim granama, od primarnog do kvartarnog sektora, pa tako i u bankarstvu gdje su financijske institucije primorane iskoristiti digitalne tehnologije kao konkurentsku prednost na sve konkurentnijem tržištu. Banke kao najznačajniji akteri na financijskom tržištu u Hrvatskoj - nisu iznimka, a njihove mobilne aplikacije možda su najbolji pokazatelj koliko drže korak sa svjetskim trendovima u digitalnom bankarskom poslovanju.

Abstract (english)

In the last fifteen years, digital technologies have become an integral part of the business of a large number of market participants. Technologies that were considered a distant future in the past, such as tablet computers or smart cars, have become ordinary things - used on a daily basis. Dynamics, innovation and customization are some of the features of digital technologies. Digital technologies are constantly changing and the accompanying needs of users, trying to create a positive user experience, which will ultimately pay off for their owners in the best possible way - by increasing the number of users and achieving wanted financial goals. Digital technologies are present in various industries, from the primary to the quaternary sector, including banking, where financial institutions are forced to use digital technologies as a competitive advantage in a globally competitive market. Banks as the most important players in the financial market in Croatia - are no exception and their mobile applications are perhaps the best indicator of how much they keep pace with global trends in digital banking.
