Abstract

Kriza predstavlja događaj male vjerojatnosti s velikim utjecajem koji prijeti održivosti organizacije, a karakterizira ga dvosmislenost uzroka, posljedica i načina rješavanja, kao i uvjerenje da se odluke moraju donijeti brzo. Razdoblje pandemije nesumnjivo je prekretnica u aktivnostima mnogih sektora, kao i na razvojnim putovima cijelih gospodarstava, značajno mijenjajući ekonomsku stvarnost više nego prethodna kriza 2007.-2009. Nakon pandemije COVID-19, primijećeno je da su se digitalna tehnologija i povezanost pojavili kao osnovni alati i alternative u borbi protiv štetnih učinaka pandemije i jačanju društvene i ekonomske otpornosti. Buduće napredne globalne burze najvjerojatnije će se razlikovati po njihovom razumijevanju i usvajanju inovativnih rješenja i omogućavanja tehnologija osmišljenih da privuku širi ekosustav korisnika i omoguće im pristup većem broju podataka za donošenje odluka, kao i mogućnost neometanog pristupa tržištima.

Abstract (english)

A crisis is a low- probabilities, high-impact event that threatens an organization's sustainability, and is characterized by ambiguity of cause, effect, and resolution, as well as the belief that decisions must be made quickly. The pandemic period is undoubtedly a turning point in the activities of many sectors, as well as in the development paths of entire economies, significantly changing the economic reality more than the previous crisis of 2007-2009. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, it was observed that digital technology and connectivity emerged as basic tools and alternatives in combating the harmful effects of the pandemic and strengthening social and economic resilience. Future advanced global exchanges are likely to differ in their understanding and adoption of innovative solutions and enabling technologies designed to attract a wider user ecosystem and allow them access to more data for decision making, as well as unhindered access to markets.
