Abstract

Cilj rada je prikazati na koji način mala i srednja poduzeća financiraju svoje poslovanje putem bankovnih kredita i leasinga u Republici Hrvatskoj. Svaki poduzetnik ima ideju koju želi realizirati i pretvoriti u poduzetnički pothvat, ali za to mu je potreban kapital. Značajniju prepreku malim i srednjim poduzećima predstavlja pristup izvorima financiranja. U radu se stoga prikazuju izvori financiranja malih i srednjih poduzeća. Značajan dio ovoga rada će biti analiza uloge banaka, ostalih financijskih institucija i države u financiranju malih i srednjih poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj te analiza bankovnih kredita i leasinga usmjerenih na poduzetnike. Važne financijske institucije za financiranje malih i srednjih poduzeća su primarno poslovne banke, ali i neke državne financijske institucije i agencije: Hrvatska banka za obnovu i razvitak (HBOR), Hrvatska agencija za malo gospodarstvo, inovacije i investicije (HAMAG-BICRO) te ostale financijske institucije koje primarno uključuju leasing društva. Bankovno financiranje i dalje predstavlja glavni izvor financiranja poduzeća kako u Republici Hrvatskoj tako i u razvijenim zemljama, a posebno je izraženo kod malih i srednjih poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper is to present how small and medium-sized enterprises finance their business through bank loans and leasing in the Republic of Croatia. Every entrepreneur has an idea that he wants to realise and turn into an entrepreneurial enterprise, but he needs capital for it. The most important obstacle to SMEs is access to sources of business financing. A major obstacle to SMEs is access to funding sources. This paper presents the sources of small and medium-sized enterprises. A significant parto f this paper will be analysis of the role of banks, other financial institutions and the government in financing small and medium-sized enterprises in the Republic of Croatia abd the analysis of bank loans and leases aimed at entrepreneurs. Important financial institutions for financing small amd medium-sized enterprises are primarily business banks, but also some state financial institutions and agencies: Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR), the Croatian Agency for small business, Inovation and Investment (HAMAG-BICRO) and the other financial institutions primarily involving leasing companies. Bank financing remains the main source of financing for enterprises both in Republic of Croatia and in developed countries, and is particularly pronounced for SMEs.
