Abstract

Integrirani poslovni sustav jest poslovni softver kojim je omogućeno da organizacija integrira i amortizira većinu svojih poslovnih procesa, razmjenjuje zajedničke podatke i prakse unutar svih odjela koji posluju u organizaciji te pristupa informacijama u okruženju u stvarnom vremenu. Glavni cilj ERP sustava je da se jedan podatak unosi samo jednom. Implementacijom ERP sustava omogućeno je povezivanje svih funkcija unutar organizacije, veća produktivnost, smanjenje troškova i što je najvažnija – bolja konkurentnost na tržištu. U ovom specijalističkom radu prikazan je odabir i implementacija integriranog poslovnog sustava u organizaciju. Analizirani su slijedeći ERP sustavi: Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC i Pantheon. Navedeni poslovni sustavi su uspoređivani po kriterijima: podrška prema korisniku, evidencije učinka poslovanja, kompatibilnost programskog rješenja s potrebama organizacije, mogućnost razvoja programskog rješenja i cijena programskog rješenja. Za odabir najboljeg rješenja korištena je AHP metoda. Programski sustav Odoo odabran je kao najbolje rješenje prema postavljenim kriterijima.

Abstract (english)

The integrated business system is business software which allows the organisation to integrate and amortise the majority of its business processes, exchange common data and practices within all departments operating within the organisation and access to real-time information in an environment. The main objective of the ERP system is that one data element should only be entered once. The implementation of the ERP system makes it possible to connect all functions within the organisation, to higher productivity, to lower costs and to the most important — improved competition in the market. This work illustrates the selection and implementation of an integrated business system in organisation. The following systems are analysed by the systems: Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC and Pantheone. The above mentioned business systems were compared by criteria: Customer support, performance inventories, compatibility of the programming solution with the needs of the organisation, capability to develop the programme solution and the cost of the software. The AHP method was used to select the best solution. The Odoo programme system has been chosen as the best solution by the criteria set.
