Abstract
Današnji ubrzan način života doveo je do sve veće ovisnosti o Internetu te tako i do razvoja informatičko komunikacijskih tehnologija. Služenje Internetom nezaobilazni je dio svakodnevnice pojedinca kako u osobne tako i poslovne svrhe. Stoga, Internet kupovina postala je sve popularnija, a pogotovo od pojave COVIDA-19. Pojavom virusa Internet kupovina postala je sigurnija i brža od fizičkog odlaska do prodavaonice. Tako je došlo do sve veće Internet prodaje, a industrije poput kozmetičke prepoznale su važnost Interneta u novonastalim okolnostima. Kozmetička industrija započela je s intenzivnim ulaganjem u inovacije i tehnologije kako bi održala kontakt s potrošačima te im omogućila što kvalitetnije kupovno iskustvo na Internetu. Kozmetička industrija našla je način da održi kontakt s tržištem te kako da nadomjesti nedostatak testiranja proizvoda kod Internet kupovine. Zahvaljujući današnjoj tehnologiji industrije poput kozmetičke imaju priliku omogućiti svojim potrošačima brzo Internet kupovno iskustvo, koje je u uvjetima virusa postalo i značajno sigurnije
