Abstract

U radu je prikazana važnost izbora lokacije kada se donose odluke prilikom pokretanja trgovačkog centra. Opisani su neki od modela i metoda koji se koriste pri izboru lokacije prodavaonice od kojih najdetaljnije Huffov model. U svrhu istraživanja i dokazivanja važnosti elementa lokacije proveden je anketni upitnik s različitim čimbenicima koji utječu na izbor pojedinog trgovačkog centra u Gradu Zagrebu. Rezultati su bili očekivani, a pomoću njih se može zaključiti da potrošačima nije bitna samo blizina lokacije nego i ostali čimbenici kao što su atraktivnost, kvaliteta ponude i pristupačnost.

Abstract (english)

This final work shows importance of choosing location when there is a desicion to open a shopping mall. Some of the models and methods that are used for choosing location are described but the Huff’ s model is described in the most details. For research purpose and proving the importance of location element an survey questionnaire was conducted with different factors that affects on choice of a individual shopping mall in Zagreb. The results were expected and they can be used to conclude that proximity is not only that is important to consumers but there are others factors like attractiveness, quality offer and accessibility.
