Abstract

The introductory part deals with the life of Warren Buffett, one of the greatest investors of all time. The factors that shaped Buffett’s life and his investments are diverse and therefore this paper will address Buffett’s investment strategy from multiple aspects. In addition to the psychological and social conditions, which are an integral part of every market, including the capital market, the paper will highlight and graphically show Buffett's financial beginnings to the present day.
Then, the paper presents investment strategies in general, starting with value investing, growth investing, momentum investing, and finally dollar-cost averaging. Afterward, the paper explains Warren Buffett’s investment strategies in the context of Business Tennets, Management Tennets, Financial Tennets, and Managing a portfolio or business.
