Abstract

Ljudski kapital jedan je od temelja uspješne i prosperitetne organizacije. Upravo zato, za suvremenu organizaciju od ključne je važnosti imati adekvatnog vođu, koji će na odgovarajući način znati odgovoriti na pitanje kako na najbolji način upotrijebit znanje i vještine zaposlenika. Dobar vođa mora znati odabrati najbolji stil vodstva kako bi povećao motivaciju svojih zaposlenika. U tome, vođi može pomoći razumijevanje pojma angažiranosti zaposlenika i načina na koji može potaknuti zaposlenike na veći angažman. Odabir odgovarajućeg stila vodstva koji će stvoriti angažiranije zaposlenike ovise o raznim čimbenicima, poput tipu i veličini organizacije te karakteristikama vođe i zaposlenika.

Abstract (english)

Human capital is one of the foundations of successful and prosperous organisation. Because of that, for a contemporary organisation the key point is to have adequate leader, who knows best how to answer questions regarding employee's knowledge and skills. Good leader has to find the best leadership style to increase his employee's motivation. In that, leader can be helped with knowing and understanding definition of employee engagement and the ways of increasing it. Picking the right leadership style that creates employees that are more engaged depend on different factors, like type and size of the organisation or characteristics of leader and employees'.
