Abstract

U današnjem konkurentnom okruženju, borba za potrošače i njihovo zadovoljstvo postala je svakodnevna, a samo bolja kvaliteta usluge razlikuje jedno poduzeće od drugih. Skladišno poslovanje dio je cjelokupnog poslovnog procesa gotovo svakog poduzeća te kao takvo vrlo značajan faktor za spomenuto podizanje kvalitete. Što je bolja usluga u skladištu, potrošači će biti zadovoljniji te će i za buduće potrebe tražiti usluge upravo tog poduzeća. Kroz ovaj rad nastoji se utvrditi koja oprema postoji u skladištu te njena važnost i funkcija za podizanje kvalitete usluge u skladištu. U teorijskom dijelu govori se upravo o vrstama skladišnih usluga i operacijama koje se odvijaju u skladištu, uz opremu bez koje te operacije zaprimanja, komisioniranja i u konačnici otpreme robe iz skladišta danas gotovo nisu moguće.
Dobra i kvalitetna oprema koja ispunjava sve zahtjeve i potrebe suvremenog skladišta, jedan je od ključnih faktora koji pomažu pri podizanju kvalitete usluge. U praktičnom dijelu rada obavljen je razgovor s voditeljem skladišta u poduzeću Tisak plus d.o.o. koji je pojasnio temeljne radnje koje njihovo skladište obavlja te opremu koju koriste i ukazao upravo na važnost opreme kao temeljnog faktora uspješnosti. Današnji sustavi upravljanja skladištem (WMS) itekako su olakšali svakodnevno skladišno poslovanje, smanjili mogućnosti pogrešaka, a samim time i reklamacija te omogućuju gotovo neometan rad u skladištu. Na to ukazuje i voditelj skladišta promatranog poduzeća i zaključuje kako je oprema nužna za uspješno skladišno poslovanje.

Summary and key words
In today’s competitive environment, the struggle for consumers and their satisfaction has become imperative, and only better quality of services distinguishes one company from another. Warehousing is part of the entire business processes of almost every company and as such, it is a very important factor for the raising the warehouse service quality. The better the service in the warehouse, the more satisfied consumers will be and they will seek the services of that company in future as well. This paper seeks to determine what equipment exists in the warehouse and its importance and function for raising the quality of service in the warehouse. The theoretical part talks about the types of warehousing services and operations that take place in the warehouse, with the equipment without which these operations of receiving, commissioning and ultimately shipping goods from the warehouse are almost impossible today.Good and quality equipment that meets all the requirements and needs of a modern warehouse, is one of the key factors that help raise the quality of service. In the practical part of the paper, an interview was held with the warehouse manager in the company Tisak plus d.o.o., who explained the basic actions performed by their warehouse and the equipment they use and pointed out the importance of equipment as a fundamental factor of success. Today's warehouse management systems (WMS) have greatly improved and alleviated daily warehousing operations, reduced the possibility of errors, and thus complaints, and enabled almost uninterrupted work in the warehouse. This is also pointed out by the warehouse manager of the observed company and he concludes that the equipment is necessary for successful warehousing operations.
