Abstract (english)

This paper presents the basic determinants of the focus strategy for achieving a sustainable competitive advantage in a crisis situation. What makes a company more successful and attractive than competitors is specifiticity and value, which allows users to choose particular company and continue to do so. The sources and focusing strategy for achieving a sustainable competitive advantage and examples of achieving this advantage is studied on the example of a cosmetics company.
