Abstract

Trgovina na malo kao posrednik između proizvođača i potrošača ima važnu ulogu u gospodarstvu i privredi jedne zemlje. Sve što se događa u svijetu utječe na razvoj i napredak maloprodaje. Krajem 2019. godine u Kini se pojavio koronavirus i posljedično je pandemija u 2020. godini zahvatila cijeli svijet. Život se počeo mijenjati iz korijena. Pojava "lockdown-a", rad od kuće, policijski sat, masovne nabavke, konstantna neizvjesnost su samo jedni od glavnih obilježja pandemije. Zahtijevalo je izuzetno brzo prilagodbu privatnog i poslovnog života kako bi se izbjegle, koliko se moglo, dugoročne štete i posljedice promjena.
U radu se polazi od teorijskog dijela trgovine na malo, zatim slijedi definiranje koronavirusa i pandemije te opisivanja utjecaja i posljedica. Na kraju sijedi statistička analiza prometa određenim proizvodima tijekom pandemije. Cilj rada je približiti važnost i značenje trgovine na malo, te prikazati koliko je pandemija imala utjecaj i koje su posljedice toga svega.

Abstract (english)

Retail as an intermediary between producers and consumers plays an important role in the economy and the economy of a country. Everything that happens in the world affects the development and progress of retail.
At the end of 2019, the coronavirus appeared in China and consequently the pandemic in 2020 spread to the whole world. Life began to change radically. The appearance of "lockdown", work from home, curfew, mass procurement, constant uncertainty are just some of the main features of the pandemic. It required an extremely rapid adjustment of private and business life to avoid, as much as possible, the long-term damage and consequences of change.
The paper starts from the theoretical part of retail trade, followed by defining the coronavirus and pandemic and describing the impact and consequences. Finally, a statistical analysis of the turnover of certain products during a pandemic follows. The aim of this paper is to bring closer the importance and significance of retail trade and to show how much the pandemic had an impact and what are the consequences of all this.
