Abstract

Tema rada odnosi se na ulogu i utjecaj Zagorske-razvojne agencije na poduzetništvo u Krapinskozagorskoj županiji. Cilj rada je omogućiti uvid u važnost i ulogu Zagorske-razvojne agencije na razvoj poduzetničkih aktivnosti u Krapinsko-zagorskoj županiji. Za potrebe ostvarenja navedenog cilja korištene su metode analize gospodarskih kretanja Krapinsko-zagorske županije, empirijska analiza kojom smo analizirali konkurentnost poduzetništva, komparativnom analizom utvrdili smo položaj gospodarstva Krapinsko-zagorske županije u Hrvatskoj, dok smo strateškom analizom pokazali njenu prednost i mogućnost u kreiranju budućih poduzetničkih aktivnosti. U dijelu rada koji se odnosi na značaj i svrhu Zagorske-razvojne agencije opisuje se njihovo djelovanje po područjima, koji im je značaj, te na koji način djeluju da bi došli do pozitivnih rezultata. Navedeni dio služi kao uvertira u temeljnu svrhu i ciljeve ovog rada te postignute rezultate i zaključke. Slijedi središnji dio rada u kojem su dati primjeri i analize općeg stanja gospodarstva Krapinskozagorske županije, stupanj razvoja poduzetništva, te položaj gospodarstva Krapinsko-zagorske županije u Hrvatskoj. Objašnjeni su i dati modeli suradnje s poduzetnicima za uspješno poslovanje na tržištu. Na kraju rada istaknuta je konkurentnost i tržišni položaj poduzetnika kao jedna od bitnih činjenica za razvoj poduzetništva. Razvoj poduzetništva nije jednostavan, jer se radi o vrlo dinamičnoj gospodarskoj kategoriji, koja se vrlo brzo održava na sve promjene na tržištu.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this paper refers to the role and influence of the Zagorje Development Agency one entrepreneurship in the Krapina-Zagorje County. The purpose of the paper is to provide insight into the significance and role of the Zagorje Development Agency on the development of entrepreneurial activities in the Krapina-Zagorje County. In order to achieve the above-mentioned goal, methods for analysing the economic trends in the Krapina-Zagorje County were used. An empirical analysis was performed to investigate the competitiveness in the field of entrepreneurship, whereas the position of the economy of the Krapina-Zagorje County within Croatia was established based on the results of a comparative analysis. The strategic analysis showed the advantages of the Krapina-Zagorje County and its potential for creating future entrepreneurial activities. These section of the paper that refers to the significance and purpose of the Zagorje Development Agency describes its activities by areas, the significance of the same as well as the operating methods used to achieve positive results. The mentioned section serves as an introduction to the main purpose and goals of this paper as well as the results achieved, and conclusions made. Furthermore, the main part of the paper includes examples from and analyses of the general condition of the economy of the Krapina-Zagorje County, the level of entrepreneurship development, and the position of the economy of the Krapina-Zagorje County within Croatia. .It also gives an explanation and over view of the models of cooperating with entrepreneurs ensuring success in the market. Finally, the paper emphasizes the competitiveness and market position of entrepreneurs as one of the important facts in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Entrepreneurship development is not simple, as we are speaking of a very dynamic economic category that quickly reflects on all market changes.
