Abstract

U završnom radu prikazana je važnost upravljanja kvalitetom u poslovanju poduzeća, te koristi od uvođenja ISO 9001 certifikata u prerađivačku industriju. Definiran je pojam upravljanja kvalitetom, povijesni razvoj te načela i temeljni koncepti kojima se uvodi u poslovanje. Isto tako, istaknuti su i modeli organizacijske izvrsnosti koji su se razvili. Prikazana je i važnost norme ISO 9001, njen povijesni razvoj, proces implementacije te revizije norme. Objašnjena je važnost posjedovanja ISO 9001 certifikata u prerađivačkoj industriji, te koje benefite proces certifikacije pruža. Također, navedeni su i potencijalni nedostatci samog procesa implementacije.

Abstract (english)

The final paper presents the importance of quality management in business operations and the benefits of introducing ISO 9001 certification in the manufacturing industry. There are defined terms of the concept of quality management, historical development, principles and basic concepts by which it is introduced into business. Also, the models of excellence organization which have been developed, are pointed out. There is also presented the importance of the ISO 9001 standard, its historical development, the process of implementation and its revision. The importance of having ISO 9001 certification in the manufacturing industry was explained, also as which benefits the certification process provides. Also, there are listed potential shortcomings of the implementation process itself.
