| Abstract | Godišnji financijski izvještaj je set koji se dostavlja za potrebe javne objave i za potrebe statistike. Sastoji se od bilance, računa dobiti i gubitka, dodatnih podataka, bilješki uz godišnji financijski izvještaj, odluka o raspodijeli dobiti ili pokriću gubitka, odluka o utvrđivanju godišnjeg financijskog izvještaja, te ukoliko je tvrtka obveznik revizije, potrebno je revizorsko izvješće. Financijski izvještaji glavni su nositelji računovodstvenih informacija i konačni rezultat računovodstvenog procesiranja podataka o nastalim poslovnim događajima poduzeća. Pomoću godišnjih financijskih izvještaja zaključuje se s koliko prihoda i rashoda tvrtke posluje i koliko je profitabilna. Također, analiza godišnjih financijskih izvještaja potreban je državnim i financijskim institucijama, poput bankama koje zahtijevaju na točnosti podataka. Analiza financijskih izvještaja sastavni je dio poslovne analize, a cilj je pružiti informacije o financijskoj situaciji menadžmentu, planovima i strategijama koje poduzeće provodi, te okolini kako bi se na temelju prikupljenih informacija mogle donijeti poslovne odluke. Prilikom izrade godišnjih financijskih izvještaja priprema se bruto bilanca gdje je potrebno obratiti pozornost jesu li aktiva i pasiva jednake. Analiza financijskih izvještaja započinje računovodstvenom analizom. Uz pomoć računovodstvene analize nastoje se otkloniti eventualna odstupanja koja se dogode knjiženjem tijekom poslovne godine. Zbog utjecaja računovodstvene politike, dolazi do računovodstvenog rizika, glavni cilj je umanjiti taj rizik i omogućiti usporedbu financijskih izvještaja. Financijski pokazatelji su informacijska podloga za donošenje određenih odluka. Na temelju financijskih pokazatelja zaključuje se kakva je uspješnost i sigurnost poslovanja poduzeća. Pokazatelj likvidnosti, zaduženosti i aktivnosti su kriterij sigurnosti, a pokazatelji aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti, profitabilnosti i investiranja su kriterij uspješnosti poslovanja. Kada su ispunjeni navedeni uvjeti to je odraz za dobro poslovanje poduzeća. |
| Abstract (english) | An anual financial statement is a set that is submitted for the purpose of public disclosure and for statistical purposes. It consists of the balance sheet, income statement, additional data, notes from the annual financial report, the decision on the distribution of profits or loss coverage, the decision to determine the annual financial report, and if the company is subject to audit, an audit report is required. Financial statements are the main carriers of accounting information and the final result of accounting processing of data on business events of the company. With the help of annual financial reports, it is concluded with how much income and expenses the company operates and how profitable it is. Also, the analysis of annual financial statements is needed by state and financial institutions, such as banks, which require accuracy of data. The analysis of financial statements is an integral part of business analysis, and aims to provide information about the financial situation to management, plans and strategies implemented by the company, and the environment so that based on the information collected can make business decisions. When preparing the annual financial statements, a gross balance sheet is prepared where it is necessary to pay attention to whether the assets and liabilities are equal. The analysis of financial statements begins with accounting analysis. With the help of accounting analysis, we try to eliminate any deviations that occur by posting during the business year. Due to the impact of accounting policy, there is an accounting risk, and the main goal is to reduce this risk and enable comparison of financial statements. Financial indicators are the information base for making certain decisions. Based on financial indicators, it is concluded what is the success and security of the company's operations. The indicators of liquidity, indebtedness and activity are the criteria of security, and the indicators of activity, economy, profitability and investment are the criteria of business success. When the above conditions are met, it is a reflection of the good business of the company. |
