Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the importance of Behavioural finance and its’ theories for the financial sector and financial markets. Behavioural finance is part of finance that seeks understand and explain the systematic financial market implications of psychological decision processes. Paper further focuses on the Case Study of the GameStop phenomena which is one of the biggest market anomalies in recent history.
