Abstract

Financijski izvještaji poslovnih subjekata ogledalo su njihovog poslovanja i poveznica su s korisnicima tih izvještaja. Koliko su ova izvješća važna kao izvor informacija potvrđuje i zakonodavac koji je obvezao njihovo sastavljanje. No, sastavljanje financijskih izvještaja ne treba promatrati isključivo kao ispunjavanje zakonskih obveza, već i u kontekstu zadovoljavanja informacijskih potreba drugih korisnika financijskih izvještaja. Vlasnici kapitala, potencijalni investitori, vjerovnici i mnogi drugi koriste se računovodstvenim informacijama prikazanim u skupu osnovnih financijskih izvješća. Kao zajednički nazivnik glavnih informacija, koje se kroz izvješća žele dobiti, mogu se prepoznati informacije o sigurnosti i uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća i njegovoj perspektivi. Analizom financijskih izvještaja moguće je doći do potrebnih odgovora. Iz tog razloga materijali prikazani u ovom radu uključuju osnovna znanja o financijskim izvještajima i analizi financijskih izvještaja. Postoje različite metode i tehnike analize koje zajedno daju uvid u različite segmente poslovanja.

Abstract (english)

Financial statements of business entities are a mirror of their operations and are a link with the users of these statements. How important these reports are as a source of information is confirmed by the legislator who obliged their compilation. However, the preparation of financial statements should not be viewed exclusively as the fulfillment of legal obligations, but also in the context of satisfying the informational needs of other users of financial statements. Owners of capital, potential investors, creditors, creditors and many others use the accounting information presented in a set of basic financial statements. As a common denominator of the main information, which is to be obtained through the reports, information on the safety and success of the company's operations and its perspective can be recognized. By analyzing financial statements, it is possible to get the necessary answers. For this reason, the materials presented in this paper include basic knowledge about financial statements and analysis of financial statements. There are different methods and techniques of analysis that together provide insight into different business segments.
