Abstract

The first two parts of the paper and divided into methods, data sources, and structure. In the first part, there will be a brief explanation of the process of internationalization and its types, and what usually moves globalization and gives countries opportunities to enter the world market. This will later help us understand what corporations have to pay attention to when planning on expanding. The second part is all about the strategy of the globalization process. In order for corporations to better penetrate the market and place themselves in a higher place in the market, they need to prepare some of the later mentioned strategies. The fourth part of the paper provides us with an in depth analysis of the global market of professional service companies, their global domination, and their ranking among other industries in the world. The fifth part is focused on one corporation in particular and that's PricewaterhouseCoopers. This part will be the analysis of their current global spread and their strategies for future threats and opportunities in the global market, as well as their current strategies to battle the 4 present global trends. Finally, in the conclusion, there will be a summary of the most important findings and give an overall thought to the analysis.

Abstract (croatian)

Prva dva dijela rada podijeljena su na metode, izvore podataka i strukturu. U prvom dijelu će se ukratko objasniti proces internacionalizacije i njezine vrste, te što najčešće pokreće globalizaciju i daje zemljama mogućnost izlaska na svjetsko tržište. To će nam kasnije pomoći da shvatimo na što korporacije moraju obratiti pozornost kada planiraju širenje. Drugi dio govori o strategiji procesa globalizacije. Kako bi se korporacije što bolje probile na tržište i pozicionirale na više mjesto na tržištu, moraju pripremiti neke od kasnije navedenih strategija. Četvrti dio rada daje nam detaljnu analizu globalnog tržišta tvrtki za profesionalne usluge, njihovu globalnu dominaciju i njihov rang među ostalim industrijama u svijetu. Peti dio je fokusiran na jednu korporaciju posebno, a to je PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ovaj dio će biti analiza njihove trenutne globalne rasprostranjenosti i njihovih strategija za buduće prijetnje i prilike na globalnom tržištu, kao i njihove trenutne strategije za borbu protiv 4 sadašnja globalna trenda. Na kraju, u zaključku će biti sažetak najvažnijih nalaza i dat će se cjelokupni osvrt na analizu.
