Abstract

Glavni cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je istražiti prihvaćenost online pregovaranja u odnosu na pregovaranje licem u lice u poduzetništvu. Razvoj društva doveo je do novih načina komunikacije koji se orijentiraju na online komunikaciju. Trend digitalizacije uzeo je još više maha pojavom virusa COVID-19 koji je u još većoj mjeri usmjerio pregovaranje na online platforme. U svrhu pisanja rada provedeno je istraživanje online anketom čija su ciljna skupina bili poduzetnici. Popunjavanju ankete je pristupilo 79 ispitanika, od kojih je njih 60 bilo adekvatno za ispunjavanje zadanih ciljeva iste. Najveći naglasak empirijskog istraživanja bio je stavljen na usporedbu prednosti i nedostataka online pregovora i pregovora licem u lice te na utvrđivanje da li je li COVID-19 promijenio preferencije kod poduzetnika.

Abstract (english)

The main goal of this thesis was to investigate the acceptance of online negotiation in relation to face-to-face negotiation in entrepreneurship. The development of society has led to new ways of communication that are oriented towards online communication. The digitization trend itself gained even more momentum with the emergence of the COVID-19 virus, which shifted negotiations to online platforms. Empirical research done for the purpose of this thesis was conducted through an online survey, with entrepreneurs as the main target group. The survey was approached by 79 respondents, of which 60 were adequate for its purpose. The main emphasize was placed on comparing the advantages and disadvantages of online in relation to face-to-face negotiations and whether COVID-19 has changed the preferences of entrepreneurs.
