Abstract

Ideja neoistitucionalne teorije organizacije je da su organizacijske strukture poduzeća unutar iste djelatnosti vrlo slične, te da se uspješna organizacijska rješenja konkurentskih poduzeća brzo nastoje „kopirati“, odnosno implementirati u vlastitu organizaciju. Iako neoinstitucionalna teorija organizacije obuhvaća više organizacijskih elemenata od same strukture, svrha ovog rada je kroz prizmu organizacijske strukture, koja obuhvaća implementacijske aspekte same strategije i strateškog ponašanja, doći do odgovora o potencijalno sličnim poslovnim obrascima organiziranja prisutnima na tržištu. Cilj diplomskog rada je utvrditi specifičnosti primjene i značaja neoinstitucionalne teorije organizacije na primjeru automobilske djelatnosti, točnije definirati dobru praksu oblikovanja organizacijske strukture i zastupljenost institucionalnog izomorfizma kroz usporedbu organizacijskih struktura organizacija iz iste djelatnosti (automobilska industrija) te na temelju usporedbe donijeti zaključke o primjenjivosti neoistitucionalne teorije organizacije.

Abstract (english)

The idea of the neoinstitutional organization theory is that the organizational structures of companies within the same industry are very similar, and that successful organizational solutions of competing companies are quickly "copied", i.e. implemented in their own organization. Although the neo-institutional theory of organization includes more organizational elements than the structure itself, the purpose of this work is through the prism of the organizational structure, which includes the implementation aspects of the strategy itself and strategic behavior, arrive at an answer about potential similar business patterns of organization present on the market. The goal of the paper is to determine the specifics of the application and significance of the neoinstitutional organization theory on the example of the automotive industry, more precisely to define the good practice of shaping the organizational structure and the representation of institutional isomorphism through a comparison of the organizational structures of organizations from the same industry (automotive industry) and, based on the comparison, draw conclusions about the applicability of the neoinstitutional organization theory.
