Abstract

U ovom radu sažet će se značenje riječi turizam uz potrebnu definiciju, zatim djelatnosti vezane uz turizam poput hotelijerstva i ugostiteljstva te će se opisati karakteristike turističkog tržišta u Republici Hrvatskoj zajedno sa pojmom turističke destinacije.
Glavni dio rada vezan je uz Informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije i pripadajuće definicije, koje su sve ICT danas zastupljene, vodeći trendovi te su objašnjeni E-poslovanje, E-trgovina i WWW servis. Opisani su utjecaji digitalne transformacije na poslovanje u hotelijerstvu i ugostiteljstvu, koje se sve tehnologije koriste i koje su negativne strane implementacije. Na kraju rada predstavlja se zaključak teme.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, the meaning of the word tourism will be summerised along with the necessary definition, then activities related to tourism such as hotel and catering, and characteristics of the tourist market in the Republic of Croatia will be described along with the concept of tourist destination.
The main part of the paper is related to Information and communication technologies and associated definitions, followed by all ICT's that are used today and leading trends, E-business, E-commerce and Internet service WWW. The impacts of digital transformation on business in hotel and catering industry are as well described, which technologies are used and what are the negative aspects of bare implementation.
At the end of the paper the conclusion of the main topic is presented.
