Abstract
Glavna tema ovog diplomskog rada bit će kako upravljanje projektima utječe na izvedbu IT projekata. Ključno je poduzeti sve potrebne zaštitne mjere. Upravljanje projektom odnosi se na sve organizacijske sposobnosti, metode i postupke koji se koriste za uspješno dovršenje projekta. Diplomski rad predstavlja konceptualni okvir namijenjen poboljšanju ili korištenju tehnika upravljanja projektima za uspješno dovršenje projekta. Stručnost upravljanja projektima može se koristiti za procjenu svakog dijela procesa, od početka do završetka projekta.
Abstract (english)
The main point of this thesis will be how project management impacts the performance of IT projects. It is crucial to take all required safeguards. Project management refers to all organizational abilities, methods, and procedures used to complete a project successfully. The thesis presents a conceptual framework intended to enhance or use project management techniques to complete a project successfully. Project management expertise can be used to assess every part of the process, from the beginning to the finish of the project.
