Abstract

Nabava je proces kupnje dobara ili usluga. Primarni cilj učinkovite politike nabave je promocija učinkovitosti, odnosno izbor dobavljača s najnižom cijenom ili općenito, postizanje najbolje "vrijednosti za novac". Nabava je vitalni, transakcijski dio poslovanja. Javne i privatne organizacije često se oslanjaju na konkurentne ponude procesa za postizanje bolje vrijednosti za novac u njihovoj nabavnoj aktivnosti. Niske cijene i/ili bolji proizvodi su poželjni jer oni rezultirati time da se resursi spremaju ili oslobađaju za korištenje na drugima dobra i usluge. Nabava ima stratešku ulogu unutar poduzeća. Odgovorna je za nabavu materijala potrebnih za proizvodnju, dok se istovremeno fokusira na smanjenje troškova i poboljšanje upravljanja zalihama, što je čini ključnim igračem u upravljanju profitabilnosti tvrtke. Proces nabave ne samo da može pomoći kroz izazovna vremena, već i stvoriti konkurentsku prednost za organizaciju.

Abstract (english)

Procurement is the process of buying goods or services. The primary objective of an effective procurement policy is the promotion of efficiency, that is, the selection of the supplier with the lowest price or, in general, the achievement of the best "value for money". Procurement is a vital, transactional part of business. Public and private organizations often rely on competitive bidding processes to achieve better value for money in their procurement activities. Low prices and/or better products are desirable because they result in resources being saved or freed up for use on other goods and services. Procurement has a strategic role within the company. She is responsible for the procurement of materials needed for production, while at the same time focusing on reducing costs and improving inventory management, making her a key player in managing the company's profitability. The procurement process can not only help through challenging times, but also create a competitive advantage for an organization.
