Abstract

Rad se bavi istraživanjem implementacije i utjecaja ChatGPT-a u odjelu ljudskih resursa. Pojmovno je objašnjena generativna umjetna inteligencija kao i njegov razvoj kroz povijest. Fokus rada je analiza kako ovaj napredni jezični model može olakšati i ubrzati poslovne aktivnosti u odjelu ljudskih resursa te se raspravlja o njegovim prednostima i manama. Provedeno je empirijsko istraživanje, to jest anketiranje zaposlenika u odjelu ljudskog resursa jednog poduzeća. Cilj je bio otkriti i prikazati kakav je stvarni utjecaj ChatGPT-a u tom odjelu i koliko se zapravo zaposlenici koriste ChatGPT-om u svojim dnevnim aktivnostima. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da ChatGPT ima svoje doprinose u učinkovitosti rada ali također i neke nedostatke kojima bi se trebala više posvetiti pažnja.

Abstract (english)

The paper investigates the implementation and impact of ChatGPT in the human resources department. It conceptually explains generative artificial intelligence and its development throughout history. The focus of the paper is to analyze how this advanced language model can facilitate and accelerate business activities in the human resources department, and it discusses its advantages and disadvantages. An empirical study was conducted, specifically a survey of employees in the human resources department of a company. The aim was to discover and present the actual impact of ChatGPT in that department and how much employees actually use ChatGPT in their daily activities. The research results showed that ChatGPT contributes to work efficiency but also has some shortcomings that need more attention.
