Abstract

Recesija i ekspanzija naziv su za stanja koja se izmjenjuju u ekonomiji te ih se može promatrati
na mikroekonomskoj i makroekonomskoj razini. Recesija ili krizno stanje obilježava pad u
proizvodnji, prihodima i zaposlenosti radnika te je stoga od velike važnosti znati prepoznati
rani stadij krize i sanirati moguće posljedice njezina širenja. Pojava umjetne inteligencije
značajno je obilježila pojačani rast i napredak u raznim poslovnim procesima pa tako i u
ekonomiji.
Svrha rada je naglasiti koristi koje proizlaze iz primjene noviteta u području umjetne
inteligencije, istovremeno stavljajući naglasak na važnosti osiguravanja sigurnosti poduzeća u
kontekstu obrane od utjecaja kriznih situacija. Cilj rada je ukazati na novitete pri primjeni
umjetne inteligencije te istražiti na primjeru poduzeća korist implementacije i korištenja takvog
načina poslovanja pri ranoj sanaciji potencijalne krize.
Korištenjem deskriptivne metode objašnjava se tipologija poslovnih kriza i vrste strojnog
učenja te svrha i prednosti određenih kodova i biblioteka koje se koriste danas. Osim toga,
razmatra se i umjetna inteligencija komparativnom metodom, odnosno sučeljavanjem dobrih i
loših strana kao određena zamjena za dosadašnji krizni menadžment koji se bavi saniranjem i
kontrolom kriznih situacija. Analitičkom metodom razmatraju se etički aspekti korištenja
umjetne inteligencije s naglaskom na privatnost podataka, regulatorni okvir i potrebu za
odgovornim upravljanjem tehnologijom. Kroz pregled literature i analizu studije slučaja
poduzeća primjenom intervjua, rad pruža uvid u mogućnosti, izazove i perspektive primjene
umjetne inteligencije u ranoj fazi otkrivanja krize. Induktivnom metodom doći će se do
zaključka oko potencijala načina identificiranja i kontroliranja krize putem primjene umjetne
inteligencije u poduzeću te eventualnim mogućnostima njegovog poboljšanja.
Očekivani doprinos odnosi se na povezivanje računalne i ekonomske znanosti i struke kroz
navedeni pristup, s ciljem pružanja prikaza smjerova daljnjeg razvoja umjetne inteligencije i
poboljšanja reakcija na potencijalne financijske izazove i unaprjeđenje poslovanja

Abstract (english)

Recession and expansion are names for changing states in the economy and it can be observed
at the microeconomic and macroeconomic levels. A recession or a state of crisis is marked by
a decline in production, income and employment of workers, and therefore it is of great
importance to know how to recognize the early stages of a crisis and to remedy the possible
consequences of its spread. The emergence of artificial intelligence significantly marked
increased growth and progress in various business processes, including in the economy.
The purpose of the paper is to emphasize the benefits arising from the application of novelties
in the field of artificial intelligence, at the same time emphasizing the importance of ensuring
the security of companies in the context of defense against the impact of crisis situations. The
aim is to point out novelties in the application of artificial intelligence and to investigate the
benefit of implementing and using such a way of doing business in the early recovery of a
potential crisis on the example of a company.
Using a descriptive method, the typology of business crises and types of machine learning are
explained, as well as the purpose and benefits of certain codes and libraries that are used today.
In addition, artificial intelligence was considered using a comparative method, i.e. confronting
the positive and negative sides as a certain substitute for the current crisis management that
deals with remediation and control of crisis situations. The analytical method considered the
ethical aspects of the use of artificial intelligence with an emphasis on data privacy, the
regulatory framework and the need for responsible technology management. Through a
literature review and analysis of a case study of a company using interviews, the paper provides
insight into the possibilities, challenges and perspectives of applying artificial intelligence in
the early stages of crisis detection. Using the inductive method, a conclusion about the potential
of ways to identify and control the crisis through the application of artificial intelligence in the
company and possible possibilities of its improvement was reached.The expected contribution
relates to the connection of computer and economic science and the profession through the
mentioned approach, with the aim of providing a presentation of directions for the further
development of artificial intelligence and improving reactions to potential financial challenges
and business improvement.
