Abstract

U suvremenom poslovnom okruženju, gdje brzi tehnološki razvoj, stalni protok informacija
te sveprisutna globalizacija oblikuju temeljne pretpostavke, organizacije se nalaze pred
izazovom ostanka konkurentnima na tržištu koje nikada nije bilo dinamičnije. U takvom
kontekstu, ključni faktor za opstanak i prosperitet organizacije leži u njezinoj sposobnosti
generiranja inovacija. Jedan od ključnih elemenata koji potiču inovativnost u organizaciji
jest transformacijsko vodstvo.
Transformacijsko vodstvo označava oblik vođenja u kojem lideri aktivno mijenjaju
ponašanje svojih suradnika, potičući ih da se usredotoče na ciljeve organizacije te da pruže
iznad očekivanog doprinosa. Kroz ovakav pristup, lideri stvaraju atmosferu koja potiče
kreativnost i inovacije među zaposlenicima. U svjetlu ovih saznanja, istraživanja su često
usmjerena na proučavanje povezanosti između transformacijskog vodstva i inovativnog
radnog ponašanja zaposlenika. Analiza ovih faktora u stvarnom poslovnom kontekstu pruža
uvid u to kako specifične karakteristike liderstva utječu na inovativnost zaposlenika.
U empirijskom dijelu rada istražuje se povezanost ova dva pojma te je u uzorak uzet 61
zaposlenik. Zaposlenici su odgovarali na anketni upitnik, prvi dio upitnika je vezan uz
ocjenjivanje oblika vodstva nadređenih osoba, a drugi dio je temeljen na samoprocjeni
inovativnoga radnog ponašanja. Na temelju rezultata dobivenih iz istraživanja može se
utvrditi povezanost između transformacijskog vodstva i inovativnoga radnog
ponašanja zaposlenika

Abstract (english)

In the contemporary business environment, where rapid technological advancements, continuous flow of information, and pervasive globalization shape the fundamental premises, organizations are faced with the challenge of remaining competitive in a market that has never been more dynamic. In such a context, a key factor for the survival and prosperity of an organization lies in its ability to generate innovations. One of the key elements that foster innovation within an organization is transformational leadership.
Transformational leadership denotes a style of leadership in which leaders actively change the behavior of their collaborators, encouraging them to focus on the organization's goals and to provide contributions beyond expectations. Through this approach, leaders create an atmosphere that fosters creativity and innovation among employees. In light of these findings, research is often directed towards studying the connection between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior of employees. Analyzing these factors in a real business context provides insight into how specific leadership characteristics influence employee innovation.
In the empirical part of the paper, the relationship between these two concepts is explored, and the sample included 61 employees. The employees completed a survey questionnaire, with the first part focused on evaluating the leadership styles of their superiors, and the second part based on self-assessment of innovative work behavior. Based on the results obtained from the research, a connection between transformational leadership and employees' innovative work behavior can be determined.
