Abstract

U 2020. godini pandemija uzrokovana COVID-19 virusom pogodila je Republiku Hrvatsku i svijet. Zbog socijalne distance koju je nužno održavati veliku štetu pretrpjeli su poduzetnici. U poduzećima je došlo do reorganizacije radnog vremena i radnog prostora. Pri tome je veliku ulogu odigrao upravo web. Neki poduzetnici su imali mogućnost nastavka poslovanja u izvanrednim okolnostima isključivo zbog postojanja Interneta. Važno je istaknuti one koji su nastavili poslovanje putem Internet trgovina i tržnica. Neki su uvidjeli priliku za zaradom pa su stručnjaci iz IT područja osnovali aplikacije za pomoć poduzetnicima od kojih je jedna izdvojena u ovom radu. Također, u velikoj mjeri počeo se primjenjivati rad od kuće koji je zbog postojanja internetske veze bilo lakše koordinirati. Društvene mreže su u ovoj situaciji bile važan kanal oglašavanja. Na kraju rada je provedeno istraživanje navika kupaca u vrijeme pandemije.

Abstract (english)

In 2020, a pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus affected the Republic of Croatia and the rest of the world. Due to the mandatory social distance, entrepreneurs have suffered great damage. There has been a reorganization of working hours and working space in companies with help of the web. Some entrepreneurs have had the opportunity to continue doing business in extraordinary circumstances solely due to the existence of the Internet. It is substantial to highlight those who continued to do business through Internet stores and markets. Some saw the opportunity to make money, so IT experts set up applications to help entrepreneurs, one of which was singled out in this paper. Remote work became a popular option among entrepreneurs due to the existence of an Internet connection. Social networks were important advertising channels in this situation. At the end of the paper, a survey of customer habits at the time of the pandemic was carried out.
