Abstract

Početkom 2020. godine studenti i Sveučilišta su zbog okolnosti izazvanih pandemijom bolesti Covid-19 bili prisiljeni prijeći na online oblik nastave koji se nametnuo kao najbolja opcija kontinuiranog i učinkovitog održavanja nastave. Na uspješnost online nastave utječu brojni osobni i institucijski čimbenici. Ovo istraživanje bavi se pitanjem zadovoljstva studenata online nastavom tijekom pandemije Covid-19 kao jedne od centralnih komponenti procesa identifikacije čimbenika uspješnosti online nastave. U ovom radu je primijenjeno kvantitativno istraživanje, te su putem internetskog upitnika prikupljeni odgovori 106 studenata Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom srpnja i kolovoza 2021.godine. Rezultati istraživanja otkrivaju postignutu zadovoljavajuću razinu zadovoljstva studenata online nastavom, a time i prihvaćanje ovog načina učenja i poučavanja. Online nastava koja je do sada bila manje zastupljena u nastavnim procesima, nastupom novonastalih okolnosti uzrokovanih pandemijom Covid-19 pokazala se kao efikasna zamjena održavanja nastave i unapređenja procesa učenja.

Abstract (english)

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic universities and their students were forced to switch to online classes at the beginning of 2020. Online teaching presented itself as the best means of carrying out continuous and efficient teaching. A plethora of personal and institutional factors influence the succesfulness of teaching. This paper studies how content students were with their online classes that took place in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic that presented itself as one of the central components of the process used to identify factors that influence the succesfulness of online teaching. In this paper quantitative research was applied, ant the answers of 106 students of the University of Zagreb were collected via online questionnaire. The study was carried out in July and August of 2021. Research results show that students are mostly content when it comes to their online classes, meaning that they accept this method of teaching and learning. Due to the new circumstances caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, online teaching, which used to be less represented in the teaching processes, has found its place as an efficient substitute for teaching and improvement of the learning process.
