Abstract

Prilikom organizacije događaja koriste se brojni elementi i resursi, kao što su vrijeme, prostor, ljudi informacije, novac i razna druga dobra. Stoga, koncept logistike obuhvaća gotovo sve elemente koji sudjeluju u organizaciji velikog događaja kao što je Ultra festival u Splitu i brine se za njihovo prostorno-vremensko raspoređivanje kako bi se na efikasan način ostvario krajnji cilj. Cilj diplomskog rada bio je analizirati logistiku događaja i ukazati na prepreke i važnost pojedinih sastavnica tog procesa. S druge strane, parcijalni ciljevi se odnose na analizu problematike kreiranja velikog događaja, ali i analizu utjecaja samog događaja na njegovu okolinu, odnosno lokalitet i gospodarstvo. Uzevši u obzir značaj logistike u velikim događajima poput glazbenih festivala, analizom logističkih procesa na primjeru Ultra Europe festivala, dane su određene pretpostavke i temelj za razumijevanje važnosti logistike za neka buduća događanja takvog tipa. Doprinos rada ogleda se u teorijskom i praktičnom postavljanju određenih smjernica za kreiranje događaja i uspostavljanje logističkih procesa na primjeru spomenutog festivala, a koji se mogu primijeniti na ostala događanja većeg ili manjeg opsega. Također, doprinos diplomskog rada ogleda se i u problematici koju sama organizacija događaja, u ovom slučaju festivala, ima na lokalno stanovništvo. Naime, rad uključuje i faktor lokalne zajednice, a koji igra značajnu ulogu u samom konceptu festivala i tako naglašava važnost lokalnog stanovništva u organizaciji događaja.

Abstract (english)

When organizing an event, numerous elements and resources are used, such as time, space, people, information, money and various other goods. Therefore, the concept of logistics includes almost all elements that participate in the organization of a large event such as the Ultra festival in Split and takes care of their space-time distribution in order to efficiently achieve the ultimate goal. The aim of the thesis was to analyze the logistics of the event and point out the obstacles and the importance of individual components of that process. On the other hand, partial goals refer to the analysis of the problems of creating a large event, but also the analysis of the impact of the event itself on its environment, that is, the locality and the economy. Taking into account the importance of logistics in large events such as music festivals, by analyzing the logistics processes on the example of the Ultra Europe festival, certain assumptions were made and the basis for understanding the importance of logistics for some future events of this type. The contribution of the work is reflected in the theoretical and practical setting of certain guidelines for creating events and establishing logistical processes on the example of the aforementioned festival, which can be applied to other events of a larger or smaller scale. Also, the contribution of the thesis is reflected in the problems that the organization of the event itself, in this case the festival, has on the local population. Namely, the work includes the factor of the local community, which plays a significant role in the very concept of the festival and thus emphasizes the importance of the local population in the organization of the event.
