Abstract

U suvremenom poslovnom svijetu, s ubrzanim razvojem tehnologije i promjenjivom okolinom, pronalazak i zadržavanje odgovarajućih i kvalitetnih zaposlenika često predstavlja izazov. Privrženost zaposlenika organizaciji uvelike olakšava zadržavanje zaposlenika jer su predaniji poslu i organizaciji, te time i uspješniji za cijelu organizaciju. Ključ je u stvaranju privrženih zaposlenika, a to je jedan od zadataka inspirativnog motivirajućeg vođe, stoga se ovaj rad bazira na istraživanju povezanosti transformacijskog vodstva i afektivne organizacijske privrženosti. Provedeno je anketno istraživanje na uzorku od 163 ispitanika koji su zaposleni u privatnom sektoru Republike Hrvatske, a deskriptivna analiza rezultata pokazala je kako postoji određena povezanost između emocionalne vezanosti zaposlenika za organizaciju i transformacijskog stila vodstva njegovog vođe. Ovime su potvrđena i prethodna istraživanja ove teme, te se smatra da transformacijske vođe uvelike pridonose razvoju emocionalne vezanosti i predanosti svojih zaposlenika organizaciji.

Abstract (english)

In the modern business world, with the rapid development of technology and the changing environment, finding and retaining suitable and quality employees is often a challenge. Employee commitment to the organization greatly facilitates employee retention, given that they are more committed to work and the organization, and thus more successful for the entire organization. The key is to create committed employees, and this is one of the tasks of an inspiring and motivating leader. This work is based on research on the connection between transformational leadership and affective organizational commitment. A survey was conducted on a sample of 163 respondents who are employed in the private sector of the Republic of Croatia, and a descriptive analysis of the results showed that there is a certain connection between the emotional attachment of employees to the organization and the transformational leadership style of their leader. This confirms previous research on this topic, and it is considered that transformational leaders greatly contribute to the development of their employees' emotional attachment and commitment to the organization.
