Abstract

U poduzetništvu je vrlo bitna vizija i jasan cilj. Dobro oblikovana poslovna vizija je vrlo značajna za poduzetništvo. Poduzetnički proces svakako mora proći kroz tri faze, a to su nastanak ideje, stvaranje inicijative i poduzetnički pothvat. Poduzetnička inicijativa je poticaj za započinjanje nekog posla od kojeg se očekuju pozitivni gospodarski rezultati, kao što su zapošljavanje i zarada. Inovacije trebaju zadovoljiti potrebne društvene potrebe i razviti nova rješenja za društvene potrebe. U vrijeme kada poljoprivreda nije samo primarna djelatnost već je oblik poduzetništva, potrebno je cijeli sektor poljoprivrede gledati sa drugačijeg stajališta. Što se tiče problema OPG-ova koji leži u konkurentnosti, prosječnim troškovima, nižim prinosima, svakako trebaju biti jasno postavljene inovacije i inicijative. Primarni cilj društvenih inovacija je pozitivan učinak i doprinos razvoju zajednice i društva, a zatim stavaranja dobiti.

Abstract (english)

In entrepreneurship, vision and a clear goal are very important. A well-formed business vision is very important for entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial process must certainly go through three phases, namely the emergence of an idea, the creation of an initiative and an entrepreneurial venture. Entrepreneurial initiative is an incentive to start a business from which positive economic results are expected, such as employment and earnings. Innovation should meet the necessary social needs and develop new solutions for social needs. At a time when agriculture is not only a primary activity but a form of entrepreneurship, it is necessary to look at the entire agricultural sector from a different point of view. As for the problem of family farms, which lies in competitiveness, average costs, lower yields, innovations and initiatives should certainly be clearly set. The primary goal of social innovation is a positive effect and contribution to the development of the community and society, and then the creation of profit.
