Abstract

Kada je riječ o poduzetništvu, sve više se ističe značaj društveno odgovornog poslovanja, odnosno poslovanja koje se temelji na djelovanju u korist društvene zajednice te okoliša, a uz istovremeno ostvarivanje profita. Jedna od poteškoća koja se u praksi pojavljuje je činjenica kako određeni broj poduzetnika društveno odgovorno poslovanje koristi isključivo u marketinške svrhe, a što u konačnici negativno djeluje na percepciju istog od strane javnosti te što u konačnici rezultira kontraefektom. U RH mikro, mali i srednji subjekti čine 99,7% svih subjekata, koji zapošljavaju veliki dio zaposlenih na području RH, što dodatno ističe značaj sektora malog gospodarstva za razvoj cjelokupnog gospodarstva RH. Usto, nerijetko je riječ o subjektima koji proizvode proizvode ili pružaju usluge koji nisu profitabilni velikim subjektima. Odnosno, u slučaju kada ne bi postojao sektor malog gospodarstva, potrošači bi potencijalno bili uskraćeni za pojedine proizvode i usluge. Sektor malog gospodarstva u RH sve više prepoznaje dobrobiti implementacije koncepta DOP-a u poslovanje, iako je nerijetko riječ o ponajprije marketinškom djelovanju s ciljem razvijanja konkurentskih prednosti. S druge strane, postoji veliki broj poduzeća kojima je cilj kreiranje pozitivnih promjena koje će imati utjecaj na društvo. U empirijskom dijelu rada dani su primjeri poduzeća iz sektora malog gospodarstva koji se mogu istaknuti kao primjeri dobre prakse, a s ciljem dodatnog razvoja DOP-a u budućnosti.

Abstract (english)

When it comes to entrepreneurship, the importance of socially responsible business, i.e. business that is based on acting for the benefit of the social community and the environment, while at the same time making a profit, is increasingly emphasized. One of the difficulties that appears in practice is the fact that a certain number of entrepreneurs use socially responsible business exclusively for marketing purposes, which ultimately has a negative effect on the public's perception of it and which ultimately results in a counter-effect. In the Republic of Croatia, micro, small and medium-sized entities make up 99,7% of all entities, which employ a large part of the employees in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, which further emphasizes the importance of the small business sector for the development of the entire economy of the Republic of Croatia. In addition, it is often a question of entities that produce products or provide services that are not profitable for large entities. That is, in the case where there was no small economy sector, consumers would potentially be deprived of certain products and services. The small business sector in the Republic of Croatia is increasingly recognizing the benefits of implementing the concept of CSR in business, although it is often primarily a matter of marketing activities with the aim of developing competitive advantages. On the other hand, there are a large number of companies whose goal is to create positive changes that will have an impact on society. In the empirical part of the work, examples of companies from the small economy sector are given that can be highlighted as examples of good practice, with the aim of additional development of CSR in the future.
