| Sažetak | Cybercrime is a really big problem all over the world, and a growing number of people online has resulted in rising in cybercrimes. Most believe how cybercrime will not fade but rise and outgrow traditional crime. It is not just about laptops, mobiles, and computers. What everyone should do first is to understand it.
It is a kind of criminal activity in which a computer, computer network, or any device is the main target. Cybercriminals can be both, individuals and organizations. In some situations cybercrimes, specifically, cyber-attacks are organized, planned, and use highly advanced techniques as well as professionally skilled criminals, and on the other side, there are the ones who work as an individual, using a fake identity, often being the beginners in their criminal activity. However, whoever they might be, most of the time they all have one thing in common – to make money. Also, it does not have to be just money, it can be some political or personal reason.
Like every other, cybercrime, is a social problem as well as it is a legal problem. To fight against it people specialized in this area must work on tactics, techniques, developing technologies – all of this to prevent cybercrime from happening. And not just them, but every online user must follow directions and rules in order to reduce cyber attacks. |
