Sažetak

The convergence of education and sport in Croatia has long been considered an elusive goal. However, this paper has undertaken the challenge of developing and outlining a groundbreaking business model that paves the way for the realization of this vision. By successfully addressing this intricate problem, we aim to create new possibilities and opportunities for both education and sport to harmoniously coexist. Moreover, our business model specifically focuses on harnessing the immense potential that water polo holds, not just for our country, but also for countless aspiring young individuals eager to expand their water polo knowledge and skills. Historically, the prominence and impact of water polo have remained largely overlooked. However, armed with our innovative business proposition, we firmly believe that we can unlock a wide range of opportunities for young student-athletes in Croatia and others who would like to be a part from abroad.
